Data Protection

In accordance with the law of data protection and privacy act, LOPAR INTERNATIONAL SA guarantees that all information related to our customers is kept strictly confidential.

Price

There is no packaging costs or hidden handling fees. Only the shipping costs are billed to the customer (see shipping). The ordered articles are shipped upon receipt of your payment. Taxes and/or duties may be required by customs upon entry of cigars in the country of destination.

Quality

Each box is opened and inspected before shipment. The boxes are packed tightly to allow cigars retain moisture in transit (do not hold vacuum after receipt).

Shipping

The shipping costs are fixed according to the rates of the Swiss Post or DHL.

Delivery

For Switzerland is in within 48 hours (if the goods are in stock) upon receipt of payment, by Mailing or DHL. For the rest of the World delivery is in one week.

Payment

Only for the Switzerland market, taxes are included in our prices. If you are not satisfied with your cigars, you must contact us first to get the return authorization and return code before you ship the product back to us. After receiving the code, you may ship the product back (shipping costs are at your expense).

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the delivered goods once the delivery note signed, even if delivery is made to a different place of the usual delivery address.
Taxes may be required by customs upon entry of cigars in the country of destination. The responsibility lies with the customer.

Export control

You agree to comply with all laws on export control.

Late Pick-up / prepayment

If a customer doesn’t pick-up of refuse the shipment within 30 days, LOPAR INTERNATIONAL SA reserves the right to claim damages and interest for breach of contract. LOPAR INTERNATIONAL SA has the right to choose between reimbursement of 30% of the invoice amount or the actual amount of perceived damage. This condition does not apply in cases in which neither the responsibility of the customer, or LOPAR INTERNATIONAL SA is involved (i.e. loss of the shipment by the postal service).

Right of return

The delivered goods by mistake or in excess must be returned within 7 days. The goods must be returned undamaged in its original packaging and packing unit. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other cases

The Code of Obligations applies for all cases not covered in these conditions of sale.

The FOR

Legal is in Geneva, which the customer has been made aware.

Legal Age

This service is available only to persons at least 18 years of age or older.
